Website Software: Personal data provided via our website is shared with the software developer solely for (technical) support. The developer implements appropriate security measures (SSL, strong password policy) and never uses data for other purposes. Technical usage data (tracking) may be collected for improvement, but without storing personal data unless technically necessary. The website uses a secure HTTPS connection.
Media Servers (Users): NoMercy Entertainment is not responsible for content, damage, or misuse related to user-hosted Media Servers.
Web Hosting (Digital Ocean, Strato): These parties process data on our behalf but not for their own purposes. They implement appropriate security measures and are bound by confidentiality agreements. Metadata may be collected.
Email (Strato): Business email traffic runs through Strato, with appropriate measures against misuse, loss, and corruption. Strato has no access to our mailbox; all email traffic is treated confidentially.

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

Data automatically collected by our website (IP address, browser, OS) is used to further improve our services and is not directly identifiable personal data.

3. How Long We Retain Data and With Whom We Share It

Retention Periods: We keep your data as long as you are a client. Upon termination, we retain invoice data according to the legally required period, but your client profile is no longer accessible to employees. A request to end services is considered a request to be forgotten.
Sharing with Third Parties: Your data is not shared with third parties, except for accounting/administrative obligations or if legally required (tax/criminal investigation). Third parties are bound by confidentiality. In case of a legal investigation, we will resist sharing within the limits of the law.
